These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawllicy.com and related services (the "Site") operated by Pawllicy Insurance Services LLC, doing business as Pawllicy ("Pawllicy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. WHO WE ARE

Pawllicy is a licensed insurance agency (producer), not an insurance company. We market and help you enroll in pet insurance policies that are underwritten by third-party licensed insurers (one or more licensed insurance companies), and we are compensated by those insurers. We do not underwrite policies, bear insurance risk, make coverage or claims decisions, or pay claims. We are licensed in Florida, Virginia, and New York (NPN 00000000; FL FL-0000000 / VA VA-0000000 / NY NY-0000000) and offer products only in states where we and the applicable insurer are licensed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state in which we are licensed to use the quote and enrollment features. Products, plans, pricing, and availability vary by state and are subject to insurer underwriting and applicable law.

3. QUOTES ARE ESTIMATES; NO OFFER OR GUARANTEE

Any quote, price, coverage summary, or comparison presented on the Site is an illustrative estimate and is not an offer of insurance, a binding quote, or a guarantee of coverage, price, eligibility, or acceptance. Actual premium, terms, and coverage are determined solely by the insurer and are set out in the policy, which is the controlling document. Coverage is subject to the policy's terms, conditions, waiting periods, deductibles, coinsurance, limits, and exclusions, including the exclusion of pre-existing conditions.

4. NOT ADVICE

Content on the Site is general information only and is not insurance, financial, tax, legal, or veterinary advice, and does not account for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating whether a policy meets your needs, and you should consult the policy and a licensed professional or your veterinarian as appropriate.

5. TELEHEALTH MEMBER DISCOUNT

Where offered, a premium discount for members who use a partner telehealth-veterinary service is a rating factor contained in the insurer's filed and approved pricing. It is available only where filed and approved, only on eligible plans, and only to members who meet the stated eligibility conditions. It is not a rebate, cash payment, or gift, may change, and is not available in all states or on all plans. Any telehealth or wellness benefit is not insurance and is provided separately from any insurance policy.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing inaccurate information may affect your quote, eligibility, coverage, or a future claim. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. CONTACT CONSENT

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree that we and our agents may contact you by phone call and text message (including by automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial/AI voice messages) at the number you provide regarding pet insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pawllicy name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Pawllicy Insurance Services LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may reference or link to insurers and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that quotes or information are accurate, complete, or current.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawllicy Insurance Services LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site is limited to $100. This Section does not affect any rights you may have against an insurer under a policy.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawllicy Insurance Services LLC and its affiliates and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection or insurance laws of your state of residence apply.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution by contacting us. 15. CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TERMS

We may modify or discontinue the Site and may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last updated" date; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. STATE LICENSING AND COMPLAINTS

Licensing information is available on our Licensing page. You may contact your state Department of Insurance with questions or complaints: Florida (Department of Financial Services), Virginia (State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Insurance), or New York (Department of Financial Services).

17. SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
